Epic Relays

My brother started a company called Epic Relays--that puts on relay races.  They're holding two this year.  They're a great experience and also are committed to helping the environment and giving back.

The two relays are the Prelay---Portland, OR to Eugene, OR and the Cache Teton--Logan, UT to Jackson Hole, WY.  If you like running or want to know how you can get involved go here and here.

Vocal Technique (at its finest)

I only wish I could match this vocal stamina.  If you're ever in search of new warm-ups...I'd say give this a try.  Goodbbbyyyyyyyyeeeeeee.
